There are new apps coming out everyday that aim to help you manage and run your business while on the go. We have put together a list of 10 must haves that can really help your business in a variety of ways all from your phone.

1. Square

An easy way to accept credit cards right on your iPhone, iPad or iTouch. The app is free and you pay per transaction just like you would through paypal. There is no easier way to accept credit card payments on the go for your business.

2. Skype

Call or video chat with anyone else in the world who also has Skype for free.

3. Documents to Go – Premium

A pay for app that lets you access and edit any of your Excel, Word and Powerpoint files. You can also sync it with Google Docs, Dropbox as well as edit PDFs. It’s a great tool for any on the go editing before the big presentation.

4. Free Conference Call

Use this free tool to attend and hold conference calls right from your iPhone. You can easily collaborate with clients, employees or business partners for free.

5. Dropbox

A great way to access and share any of your documents, photos or videos.

6. Kayak

Find and compare flights, hotels and car rentals on the go through your iPhone. You can also book them right through the app.

9. Quickbooks or Freshbooks

If you use Quickbooks for business than you must have the app to manage your payments. If you use Freshbooks to handle invoicing than you can use their MiniBooks Lite app to manage your clients.

10. Shoeboxed

Easily keep track of your purchases by snapping a picture of your receipts. The app will organize all of the data from the receipt and you can even create and send expense reports to help with your accounting
