Jared O’Toole graduated Ithaca College with a finance degree and like so many other business majors he quickly realized corporate life was not a path for him. Instead he got passionate about entrepreneurship, branding and how companies could leverage new media tools online. This change in heart led him to co-found Under30CEO.com, a website dedicated to inspiring young entrepreneurs and providing them with the resources needed to succeed on their journey. O’Toole has led Under30CEO to features on MSNBC, BusinessWeek, and Business Insider to name a few. Jared is also a founding partner of the digital marketing firm Shadow Concepts LLC where he works with brands to help them reach and connect with their target audiences online.

Matt Wilson, Co-Founder

Matt Wilson is co-founder of Under30CEO.com a website dedicated to giving young entrepreneurs the tools and resources they need to succeed.  After using social media to create huge buzz online landing Under30CEO in countless publications including Entrepreneur and Reuters, he began helping others build their brands by co-founding the digital marketing firm Shadow Concepts LLC.  Wilson’s passion for entrepreneurship began at Bryant University where he led the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization to becoming the world’s #1 entrepreneurship organization and earned personal accolades as National Student Leader of the Year.  Matt was a finalist for Alister and Paine’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2010 and has keynoted to groups of over 1,000 people. His personal mission is to inspire young people to use technology to create opportunity and become leaders.

If Matt is around he will be easy to spot as his long luxurious hair is generally flowing freely in the breeze.

John Kreklow, Brand Consultant

John Kreklow is a senior at the University of South Dakota. He played four years of collegiate basketball starting at the United States Air Force Academy and went on to finish his career at the University of South Dakota. In addition to basketball, John served as both Vice President of Business development and is currently the Vice President for the University of South Dakota’s Entrepreneurship Team. Among other accolades, he represented Under30CEO in the Alerus Entrepreneurship Challenge at the University of North Dakota, where he took 2nd place, was a finalist in the 2010 University of South Dakota Extraordinary Idea competition, recently graduated from the Famous Dave’s Lifeskills Center for Business Leadership training, and also took 3rd place in the Southeastern Entrepreneurship Conference elevator pitch competition. John has a strong passion for entrepreneurship and loves helping businesses establish themselves online using online marketing strategy.
