My boss here at Experience.com wrote an entire book on the benefits of hiring gen Y. Check it out if you get a chance - www.theinnovationgeneration.com We spend a lot of time trying to educate the employers in our network on how to connect with and hire the next generation workforce, and only now are they beginning to understand that cookie-cutter recruiting doesn't work for professionals just entering the market. One of our employers actually had a 72 question applicant tracking questionnaire that couldn't have done more to turn gen y away! I'll keep an eye on your site for relevant info to share with our network, but if you ever want to address them directly, we'd love to host a guest blog or two. Thanks, Nancy Experience Inc.

Hey Jason – great article. My boss here at Experience.com wrote an entire book on the benefits of hiring gen Y. Looking forward to digging through it. As an advocate for Gen-Y taking leadership positions and responsibility I really think management and top leaders have a task at their hands and not one that they should be dreading, but one they should embrace for the positive impacts it can have on the business. Great post man.

Hey Jason – just got a copy of your book in the mail this week. Looking forward to digging through it.
