An often over looked piece of business advice, the uniqueness is an unusual twist I wasn't expecting for lawyer, but I would have to say that I would want to be represented by the cool kids on the judiciary block. I would go on to say that many companies have created products purely based off of their sex appeal. Look at Ed Hardy, the brand of clothing is great, everyone loves it. Who cares if the perfume actually smells good its attached to the sexiness of the brand of clothing. Great business advice as long as its tasteful.

Love the idea of adding sex appeal to your business. I think you hit it right on the head that its not about dropping names or stepping on people that ads sex appeal its creating that story. That story is what sells your business and making it edgy and sexy can pay off big time. Most of the everyday products we use are because we got attached to the sexiness of a brand like Apple or Threadless.

You don't have to make your business sexy but it sure can help if you want it to.
