You will never agree with everything your partner says or does and you simply have to deal with this. Compromising is huge but also laying out the guidelines for those big decisions like the merger example mentioned. <br><br>Just understand there will be disagreements but make sure to handle it in a formal constructive manner. Yelling and cursing at your partner isn't good for anyone. I think the most important point is agreeing to disagree. You will never agree with everything your partner says or does and you simply have to deal with this. Just understand there will be disagreements but make sure to handle it in a formal constructive manner. Yelling and cursing at your partner isn't good for anyone.
