In recent years, there have been many different conversations around millennials and their impact on their respected industries. Despite the different opinions, no one can deny the fact that Generation Y is the most entrepreneurial and innovative generation we have seen. While its great that entrepreneurship among millennials is such a large focus, it sweeps another issue under the rug, and that is maximizing the innovation and potential of millennials in the workplace.

Many senior leaders and management team continue to have trouble in figuring out gen y, but bringing light to the conversation on how we can maximize Generation Y’s impact in the workplace is key.
