What Legal Problems Does Your Small Business Have?

by / ⠀Startup Advice / June 21, 2012

The legal side of a business can be one of the most daunting parts of the startup process. How should I structure things? When do I need a contract? What should my employees, contractors and freelancers sign? Those are just a few of the many legal questions small business owners find themselves trying to figure out.

Under30CEO is collecting real stories from real companies, to highlight on our site. We’re looking for anyone who runs a US based business and has a legal lesson and wants to be featured on Under30CEO… Maybe it was a mistake you made, a lesson learned, or simply something you had to spend days researching and talking with people to figure out the right solutions.

If you have a US based business and something to share we would love to hear about it.  We’ll include you in a 10-part legal series we are producing in conjunction with eMinutes.com. The series will highlight these lessons along with you and your company.  It’s a great way to help out other early stage business owners but also get some exposure for your business.

Submit any ideas or stories to Jared(at)under30ceo.com.

We’re looking forward to hearing from you and working on your lessons to get them on the site!
