Harry H. Kazakian

Harry H. Kazakian, president and chief executive officer of USA Express Legal & Investigative Services Inc., has a simple motto that guides his work: “Never allow evil to win.” With these guiding words, Mr. Kazakian and his team investigate wrongful deaths and determine how such tragedies might have been prevented.

To Mr. Kazakian, each case is like a puzzle. He focuses on putting the pieces together to discover the root of an incident and deliver justice for the victims. Though he now runs his own private investigation business, Mr. Kazakian’s dedication to justice has been a lifelong commitment, beginning with his humbler roots as an emergency medical technician.

Mr. Kazakian immigrated to the United States with his family when he was just 12 years old. Even then, he harbored a fascination for the field of private investigation. Like many young boys his age, he loved solving puzzles. He could imagine himself searching for and finding the clues to a crime, piecing details together into a larger picture.

Another passion he fostered was a desire to do good in the world. In 1982, Mr. Kazakian followed this drive when he started to work as an emergency medical technician in Los Angeles County. While serving his community, he witnessed how accidents that could have been prevented affected innocent people’s lives. Just a few years later, in 1989, Mr. Kazakian transitioned to working as a high-exposure claims adjuster, where he began using his problem-solving instincts to find the root of such accidents. In 1998, he leaped into utilizing his experience in investigations and dedication to fighting injustice, founding USA Express Legal & Investigative Services Inc., his private investigations company.

Mr. Kazakian’s dedication to serving others is exemplified in his career paths and his donations to his community. He has received a plaque for his guidance and clerical support to the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and a plaque for donations to the California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation. His achievements in the private investigations field have been featured in Insight Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and Millennium Magazine.

Mr. Kazakian and his team at USA Express Legal & Investigative Services Inc. have recently developed a technology to reach even more people in their fight for justice. USA Legal Intake, their new mobile app, drives client information into process servers and the files of private investigators in real time, aiding attorneys and other legal professionals with their latest client retention and in-take signup service, service of process, and investigation requests. This innovative app is available in every county across California and in various counties in Arizona and Texas. The team anticipates a nationwide launch of the app in the near future.

Today, Mr. Kazakian continues his work in private investigations from his residences in San Fransisco and San Diego. He has a second motto that he likes to follow, which allows him to continue pushing for excellence in his work: “Every day is a new day. See how you can make it better for someone.” Mr. Kazakian and his team continue improving each day for others, bringing innovations and dedication to justice to the private investigations field.
