Since joining American Micro Products in 2006, Mr. Veneziano has held several leadership positions. Over the years, he has proved his ability to innovate and drive growth. The firm is well known for its high-precision components, hermetically sealed connectors, and products, serving industries such as aerospace, defense, medical devices and fluid power systems.
Most recently, Mr. Veneziano took a bold turn. As a leader and shareholder in the company, he executed a buyout. This strategic move led to the founding of BoldX Industries. “In business, nothing good comes without sacrifice and dedication,” he says. This new venture aims to broaden American Micro’s manufacturing capabilities beyond its traditional scope.

While Mr. Veneziano’s impact on the manufacturing world is significant, his ambitions stretch beyond precision machining. In 2023, he founded 361Health LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to holistic success. The company helps individuals and businesses find balance in six key areas: mind, body, spirit, finances, relationships and work.
The clients receive actionable strategies to help them thrive personally and professionally. However, 361Health has set out to do even more. The company also consults on the development of new technologies that empower communities, cultivate innovation and enhance collective well-being.
From Italy to Industry Leadership
Originally from Italy, Mr. Veneziano’s journey to becoming a U.S. business leader is the story of determination. With a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, he started his career as a machine builder. In 2004, he moved to the U.S., bringing with him technical expertise, a willingness to learn and faith in God.
Over the years, Mr. Veneziano has founded and contributed to multiple business ventures. These include The Movement Community LLC and The Italian Connection LLC. Civic involvement adds another layer to this executive’s leadership abilities. Since 2020, he has served on the board of directors for CybrCastle. These diverse pursuits reflect his commitment to making a difference. “My goal in life is to really make a change in the community,” he says.

In the upcoming years, Mr. Veneziano plans to expand BoldX Industries and 361Health. No matter what he has or will accomplish, faith keeps him grounded.
