Why should you win the Under30CEO March Madness Entrepreneur Mashup?
I should win the Under30CEO March Madness Tournament because I am the Founder of Advint International and Intentional Investments. While still young in my entrepreneurial journey, I feel very blessed thus far. After starting my career in banking at 17, where I worked for 7 years, I left a secure job last year to pursue my dreams. One of the constants I have in every endeavor I pursue is a strong focus on helping people. My businesses currently include over 30 rental houses, a company plane, and a multi-million dollar valuation. While I still have a lot to learn, I am honored to be a part of the competition.
Tell us about your company!
We are the “New Study Abroad,” helping students connect with amazing immersion experiences where they can learn about language and culture at an affordable rate. Our mission is “Taking on Adventure with Intention” where you can experience amazing activities such as kayaking, surfing, volunteering, hiking, kiteboarding and more along with intentional learning. We launched our program in January of this year and have already been to the US embassy in Nicaragua to speak. We also have been asked to go to other embassies and take part in Obama’s campaign “100,000 strong in the Americas.”
Who do you pick to win the NCAA tournament?
Kentucky Wildcats.
If you could be one college mascot, who would you be and why?
I would go back to Harding University where I graduated from and be a BISON! ESPN just named the school the best place for a college road trip! Go Bison!
