From Humble Beginnings to a Major Force in Dance
Despite coming from a non-artistic family, MEHOW’s determination to become an artist began with his early performances and media recognition in Poland. While MEHOW originally entered the arts as a young DJ, his focus shifted at age 13 when he transitioned into dance and joined the renowned UDS dance group to compete at the international level. MEHOW’s achievements with the UDS dance group highlight his significant talent as a dancer. He has won multiple world championship medals and achieved success in TV competitions throughout his career.
MEHOW’s professional journey includes major competitions and performances with various music icons across the industry. After transitioning from life in Poland to Los Angeles, MEHOW expanded his career by working with globally recognized artists, including Dua Lipa and J. Cole. Currently, MEHOW is performing on Puerto Rican pop singer Chayanne’s tour, traveling across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe.
In addition to partnering with major brands such as Puma, Balmain, Apple, Sony, and Panasonic, MEHOW’s career includes roles in various commercials.
Today, MEHOW is represented by Bloc Agency Los Angeles, where he continues to pursue his passion and work with top-tier celebrities. He also choreographs major brand campaigns.
Teaching at Millennium Dance Complex, MEHOW continues to shape the dance industry by mentoring new talent and pushing creative boundaries. The globally recognized dancer also teaches at other renowned studios across the country and Europe and founded CapCollective, a unique program merging dance and law.

Despite coming from a small city with limited opportunities, MEHOW continually traveled and trained, recognizing that success requires continuous learning and adapting to industry trends—even in the face of doubt. MEHOW’s dedication to realizing his dreams and breaking into the professional dance industry helped him overcome societal skepticism.

Looking ahead, MEHOW plans to continue performing and choreographing major global tours while developing new projects. He hopes to transition into a more prominent choreographic role, taking on projects as a creative director while also expanding dance education efforts and mentoring the next generation of dancers.
