Infographic: Silicon Alley or Silicon Valley. Who’s Better?

by / ⠀Startup Advice / January 12, 2012

The debate never ends as to which coast has it best when it comes to the startup world. Silicon Valley has long dominated the space with companies like Google, Apple, Facebook and many more. However, Silicon Alley (New York City) is rising fast in the past few years with companies like Tumblr, Foursquare and Gilt.

Both places are great places to find and connect with the resources you need to build a great business. Thanks to our friends at the MBA@UNC Blog we have this infographic that looks at the companies and people in both scenes. Make sure to roll over the graphic to learn more about each.

Is one really better than the other? Leave your thoughts in the comments
