Mickey Fine: A Bakersfield Personal Injury Attorney Who Practices the Golden Rule

by / ⠀News / November 26, 2024

Bakersfield personal injury lawyer Mickey Fine, the founder of The Law Offices of Mickey Fine, started his personal injury law office in 1989, determined to create an environment reflective of his values and dedication to justice.

“I am committed to advocating for those who have suffered serious injuries, ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve,” Fine explains.

With over 30 years of experience, Fine has gained a reputation as an effective and dedicated personal injury attorney in the Bakersfield community. His commitment to helping victims of negligence reflects his integrity and compassion. His journey to a successful law practice and stellar reputation took a lot of work.

Before he ever started his law office, seasoned lawyers warned Fine not to attempt to practice personal injury law. They warned of an oversaturation in the personal injury sector and encouraged him to choose another area of the law to practice. Fine understood that breaking into the personal injury field alone would be challenging. He took his time, carefully considering his options.

Ultimately, he chose to follow his instincts and pursue his original plan. Fine wanted to “carve out” his path base, no matter the obstacles before him.

At the law office, the Golden Rule is in effect. Fine respects and values the work of his employees. Workers who know their contributions will be appreciated do their best to deliver exceptional service. In turn, the employees treat their clients exactly how they want to be treated. The best possible outcomes for the clients are achievable by prioritizing empathy, respect, and care.

“By taking a genuine interest in their needs and caring deeply about their outcomes, we naturally provide the highest level of service,” Fine explains.

This approach has been successful and is reflected in the law offices‘ referrals from former clients. Many of the law office’s clients come from personal referrals. If a former client recommends their family and friends, Fine believes that is a sign that his law office is living up to his ideals. The relationships built with the clients ensure they are satisfied throughout the process.

This continuous stream of referrals is something I’m particularly proud of, as it reflects the genuine care and dedication we bring to each case,” Fine says.

Fine defines one of his most outstanding achievements as the letters of appreciation he receives from his clients once their cases are resolved. Though he appreciates awards and recognition for his hard work in the personal injury sector, the letters stand out as his most meaningful accomplishment.

“These letters, expressing genuine appreciation for our work, are the purest and most authentic compliments I could ever receive,” Fine shares.

Despite all his success, Fine continues to look for ways to evolve and improve himself and his practice. He’s devoted to improving the law office’s client service in every way possible.

“I aspire to set new standards in the field of personal injury law, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of delivering exceptional results and client care,” Fine says.
