The Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE), a prominent platform for black entrepreneurship, is growing its leadership team with Shawn M. Graham and Monica Delores Hooks joining the team.
Shawn M. Graham, an experienced industry professional, now holds the position of Chief Program Officer. He is tasked with overseeing the center’s initiatives to help nurture black entrepreneurship.
On the other hand, Monica Delores Hooks has been appointed as the Executive Director. Hooks, known for her extensive knowledge of the startup ecosystem and dedication to diversity, aims to foster an inclusive entrepreneurial environment.
These fine reinforcements to the team reflect RICE’s commitment to promoting black entrepreneurship. Their combined expertise promises a new phase of growth for the organization and for the entrepreneurs they serve.
Furthermore, Graham also holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at RICE, where he manages all administrative functions of the company. His proficiency in accounting and finance is a key asset to the team.

Monica Delores Hooks holds the position of Chief Experience Officer at RICE. Her entrepreneurial prowess and ability to propel business expansion are renowned. Hooks’ responsibilities include refining company strategy and enhancing client engagement.
